Can we customize content to our audience?

IndustryNewsletters is designed to be fully customizable, so it feels like it was written for your specific audience, not “generic newsletter content.”

Can I change the articles you selected?

Yes! You can view the articles that we selected 2 months in advance. The selected articles can be changed, or you can modify the existing ones. You can also add your own!

Can I add videos to my newsletter?

Yes! Simply send the video link to Customer Service and they will include the video in your newsletter. This is a very effective and creative feature!

We have a newsletter platform, but need help with content.

We got you! We have an option if you only need Articles for your own newsletter platform, social sites, and blog.

Database

Our client and prospect databases are all over the place. Can you help?

Yes! We will gather, format, de-dupe and keep your list clean and organized.

How do I add new subscribers to our Newsletter?

You can have a sign-up link directly on your website so when people visit your site, they can add themselves to your Newsletter. You can also send us regular exports, lists from events or conferences, and we can upload them for you.

How many clients and prospects can receive my newsletter?

Unlimited! There is no limit to the size of your database. In fact, we will help you grow it with embedded sign up forms, share links and more!

Can I segment my database?

Yes! You can do it yourself or Customer Support will help you tag and create groups.

Signing Up

Do you offer a free trial?

Unfortunately not. This is due to our up-front costs, time, and effort since we get you totally set up and customized.

What are the terms to sign up?

We offer a 1, 2, or 3-year contract for new sales and renewed contracts. There are significant discounts and price increase protection on 2 and 3-year contracts!

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We offer significant discounts and price increase protection on 2 and 3-year contracts.

Is renewal automatic?

No. We will reach out 2-4 weeks prior to the renewal to discuss your renewal options, review your service and make any changes or improvements for you!

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes! If you refer a person or company that becomes a client, you will receive one free month at the end of your contract. You can receive an unlimited amount of free months!

Support

What are the hours of the support team?

We keep extended support hours so you will always have help, even in an urgent situation. 9am-9pm Monday-Friday.
